Refund Policy
This Refund Policy governs all membership subscriptions and related services provided by Bear Bull Traders (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing any membership or service, you (“you,” “member,” or “subscriber”) acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. General Refund Policy
We provide a 7-day money-back guarantee (7 calendar days) on all new membership subscriptions. No questions asked.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of your initial purchase. Requests made after this period will not be honored under any circumstances.
Refunds are only available to first-time subscribers. If you have previously purchased a membership, canceled, and re-subscribed, you will not be eligible for an additional refund.
Refunds are limited to one per person. Multiple refund requests will not be approved.
We do not issue partial refunds for unused membership periods, unused content, or mid-cycle cancellations.
Refunds are not available once a subscription has renewed automatically after the initial period (see Section 2 below for exceptions).
2. Cancellations After Renewal
If you cancel on the same day of renewal or within one (1) calendar day after renewal, you will not be refunded. Instead, your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
This ensures you retain full access to the community and resources you have paid for until your current cycle expires.
After the expiration of your current cycle, no further charges will be made and your membership will end.
3. Simulator Fees
Simulator fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
If you cancel your membership but purchased simulator access, you may continue using the simulator until its stated expiration date (usually 3 months from activation).
4. Refund Processing and Fees
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Refund amounts may be reduced by processing fees charged by your bank, payment processor, or credit card provider (typically 3.2% or more). We refund the full amount we received, but we are not responsible for third-party fees withheld by your financial institution.
5. Lifetime Memberships
All lifetime membership purchases are final and non-refundable.
Lifetime memberships provide long-term access to our community and resources. Because access is granted in full at the time of purchase, no refunds or partial refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
6. Important Legal Notices
By subscribing, you expressly agree that chargebacks through your bank or credit card provider are not a substitute for following this refund process. Any attempt to dispute a valid transaction as “fraudulent” after receiving services may be treated as a breach of this policy and our Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to deny future access to our services to any member who abuses the refund policy or initiates unwarranted chargebacks.
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with those laws and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
