You can only cancel your subscription before it is activated. Once activated, we cannot cancel, suspend, postpone, refund, etc. your subscription as we will have already paid for it upfront to DAS Inc. If you want to cancel your unactivated DAS simulator subscription, please email [email protected] and request cancellation and a refund.
